A Michelin star restaurant in Arbúcies

In 1996, Isidre and Roser began a new adventure by opening his dreamed restaurant, Les Magnòlies. A space that had always fascinated them and which little by little they have transformed to reach their main objective: to be a reference restaurant in Catalonia. The family of Les Magnòlies grew up when their daughter Neus and her husband Víctor Torres joined the team. With the impetus of this new generation they manage to open up to new gastronomic challenges.
Proof of this synergy is the example of Víctor’s cooking, which is characterized by seeking a balance between the traditional Catalan cuisine, learned alongside Roser, and the new trends. This also happens in the dining area where a perfect combination of Isidre’s experience and know-how and the fresh air contributed by Neus is reflected. A project created with passion from the heart and which we want to transmit through a gastronomic experience.

Because of the great interest of the new generation in continuing the project, in 2024 we decided to carry out a new renovation in the restaurant. A radical change in the space, searching always the comfort for our clients and putting faith, once again, in sustainability and respect for our environment.

Isidre and Roser buy the house

We renovate and open the restaurant on July 1st

2002

We accomplish our first catering service

A second refurbish of the restaurant was carried out giving it a more elegant touch

2008

We decided to give a step forward in order to face the economic crisis we were living around the world

We won a Michelin star

The Repsol Guide recognises Les Magnòlies with 1 Sun

2015

We remodel the entire outdoor space

2016

Víctor Torres join the team as a chef of the restaurant after being formed in the world’s best kitchens (Mugaritz, Michel Bras i Fäviken)

2017

Neus join the team after she finished his Tourism degree and his period working in New York

2023

We install solar panels

2024

We carry out a new renovation in the restaurant searching the sustainability of our place

Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 1pm to 3pm.
Friday and Saturday from 1pm to 3pm and from 8:30pm to 10pm.
Monday and Tuesday closed.
